We booked the house suite and loved it. It was very spacious and comfortable. The grounds are well manicured, and the staff are very courteous and professional. We used the free shuttle into Chiang Mai which was about a 35 minute ride, but it only goes into town at 10am and returns at 3pm. The resort has elephants that walk... more

Positive: cute, cabins; convenient to Pai Negative: staff not very welcoming; average food; on a noisy road; neighbor near cabin #1 has a barking dog and teenager with a loud stereo; lots of stagnant pools of water (a bad idea where mosquitos are a problem).
