Wonderful hotel. All staff speak good English and service is great The room was clean and spacious. Laundry line in the bathroom was a bonus. Bed was comfortable and bedding was clean. From the lobby the hotel looks fine but wait until you get to your room. The hotel is old, extremely dated and just plain horrible. After escaping the hussle and bussle of Bangkok, we arrived in Chiang Mai and taken to Chang Mai Plaze Hotel. It looks like a palace and is kept incredibley clean. So many staff to assist you, the service was great, the accommodation good. The location is a five minute walk to the night markets. I can't wait to go back. more
