Nice hotel, however the double room they gave us had no hot water in the shower. Changed room to a twin room, good thing each of the 2 beds were same size as the bed in double room. Fantastic view from the room, but the hotel is 5 km away from the beach. Only 1 shuttle to Chaweng beach in... more

We really liked this hotel - it is NOT what you'd expect from a Best Western, it's much much nicer. Their buffet breakfast was terrible (both the food and the setup), but the pools were great, the service was very friendly, and it was nice and quiet up there. The location is a ways away from anything but is an... more

I could sit and look out at the view for hours on end. It is truly magical. There is a great feel to the resort. The staff are great - especially Boon. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are clean and comfy, the food is fine and the amenities are great. It is the best value. I will be... more

One of the best hotels on the island for me, me and my girlfrend stayed here for 3 days and everything was perfect from the staff to the rooms that are large and clean, from the terrace restaurant where breakfast is served,to the pools that offer a panorama breathtaking ,the hotel is not beachfront but is active a bus shuttle... more

This hotel is perfect if you don't need to be right on the beach. The views from this hotel are the best in the world and it is a great place to relax after a very long journey. We found a great package on the bestwestern.com website: $117 for 2 nights including transportation to/from the airport. This was a perfect... more

This place is not on the beach, but they shuttle you to the beach and shopping. I would personally highly recommend this hotel. It's not luxury plus, but the price was great for what you got, and it's all about the View! more

All I have to say is the hotel looked lovely when we first arrived, until we ate at the hotel restaurant that evening & got horrible food poisoning. I have never been so miserable in all my life. I was so disappointed. After telling the staff what happened, they never asked if we were ok, said sorry, asked if we... more

Arrived at the hotel, eager helpers with the luggage. The reception staff sat us down and gave us a refreshing cocktail whilst they sorted out our details, the view from the hotel was breath-taking. We were shown to our room, clean, spacious and an excellent view - it is worth paying the bit extra for the seaview. We ate in... more

My Boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights in late Feb and got a fantastic deal on Expedia - worked out being about £23 a night. Although it's away from the beach front and up the hill - we found this perfect as we loved getting away from the hustle and bustle and enjoying the breathtaking views across Chaweng... more
