This hotel was beautiful - great decor - very romantic getaway. The rooms were clean and big. The pool spans the whole hotel. Its so hot in Phuket that the pool is hot. The staff isn't the most accommodating but the hotel rooms are great. more

As the title says we find this hotel to be a real disappointment. Alot of money for what it was. We found several of the staff to be quite rude, unhelpful & unfriendly - some with a 'chip on their shoulder'!
