The staff were impolite and not friendly - lied to us when we came and told us they have free internet access - only afterwards we discovered they don't have computers... only Wifi. Very nice clean small hotel with westernized bathrooms (a plus in my book).....We checked out of the Trung Cang Sinh Cafe hotel after one night & walked straight to Dai Loi. This hotel was way better than Trung Cang. The decor is European and just ok in my book, but it was clean and well kept..... The hotel has elevators... more

Nothing spectacular but perfectly OK. Clean and spacious rooms, with a pleasant bar/breakfast room. Nice and central, and staff are very helpful in organising tours etc. more

Everything is OK. But I did not know any info about this hotel before coming. It should be better if they have a website. We need to know more info. Close Ho Xuan Huong! Beatiful hotel. Thanks. more
