Our reservation was made by a local nonprofit organization in Hanoi. We were travelling to Hanoi as a group following a volunteer medical mission in Hue. The King Ly Hotel a gem!! We found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. They let us store luggage while we took side trips, phoned the "right" taxis, and pointed us in the right direction to various bistros.
