A curious mix of great and average, the Horison is 5-star but not as you know it! Initial impressions were good – a grand marble lobby and friendly and efficient reception. The Horison Hanoi is a bit of a mixed bag. Superficially, its a fairly decent hotel with ok facilities. Look a bit closer, and its a bit lacking. Rooms are not bad, certainly nothing special.
