This was one of our first hotels in Hanoi- our first night we managed to get a room for $15 without breakfast. The room was fine but basic. We left some things at the hotel while we travelled for a few days (which was nice) and told he would save the room at the same price for our return. On... more

This hotel offers small, simple and clean rooms with all of the usual comforts like TV, fridge, etc. In fact, I would say it was a good value. EXCEPT for their travel services. My girlfriend and I have just left Hanoi and we had a really bad experience at the Vinh Quang Hotel on 24 Hang Quat Street. We were just looking for a cheap backpacker style place and were not expecting anything fancy. We agreed on a price with the manager before checking in.
