Friendly and accommodating staff. Room rates is very reasonably priced. Walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake. We booked our tours here (Halong Bay and Perfume Pagoda). Rooms were spacious, clean and above basic standard - not luxurious, but then it's a guesthouse and not a 5* hotel. Free wifi in the rooms as well as internet in the lobby.
