We were booked into an executive suite which doesn't exist here. The "suites" or rooms they showed us looked like run down student dormatories which should rent for about $11 a night. I stayed here 2 nights in Nov 2007. I’d earmarked it before leaving home because it had a lift but only booked the day before (by phone). This hotel is located in a good and convenient location to access to nearby restaurants. The staffs there were helpful. They arranged the tours for me and taxi to airport as well. Things went smooth during the stay in this hotel. Mr Chinh was so helpful to make call to check for me the flight schedule. Thank you so much... more

The room I had did not have a window - one day I came back to the room to find that the maid had not locked it after cleaning. The towel was not change and the air conditioner on the night before had soaked the towel - so if you go, make sure you bring your own towel in case... more

This "hotel" is a scam, a part of the "airport mafia" mentioned in Lonely Planet Cambodia. Do not go there, u will get screwed over and overcharged!! more

I would highly recommend this Hotel. The staff went the extra mile each and every day. There's a friendly atmosphere here, honest advice about tours - they actually encouraged me to price check with other companies before booking with them! I did choose theirs and went on two tours - Sapa and Halong Bay -- both were exactly as described... more
