My daughter and I booked a room at Ha Hien thru Jason, our superstar guide at Ho Chi Minh. We stayed at room 906, a de-luxe room with twin beds and with a view, last June 1 to June4, 2008. The room has cable TV, mini ref, shower room with hot/cold water. I hope next time, the hotel would have... more

We called to book with the hotel directly from US and confirmed before our arrival. They failed to pick us up from the airport. When we got to the hotel, the front desk claimed that they could not find us at the airport. When we called from US, they told us that it would cost us $40 per night, well... more

(We are from USA, only Maryland appears on my profile, but figured many will not know where that is) We loved the location of this hotel. It is 1.5 blocks from the Ben Thanh market. We walked to many locations from here. And there were many places to eat all around the hotel. We paid $40 a night and stayed... more

I booked this hotel after reading the positive reviews which were posted on this site. How disappointed I was! At first I thought that the disappointment would stem from the failure of sending someone to pick us up in the airport despite prior arrangements. Quite a number of the previous reviews mentioned this happening to them. Fortunately, someone from the... more

We traveled a big family group of 21. We used HH hotel as our base ground when in Saigon and took turns using rooms all over the hotel. My husband and I liked best the deluxe rooms ($35) with big window and tub. We tried the rooms with the fancy jet blasting shower and didn't like it all. My then... more

We had a big problem communicating with the Ha Hien. We booked with them direct then by email, then received an email from them with no content about 2 weeks before we were due to arrive in Vietnam. We queried this and eventually received an email from them asking us to reconfirm our reservation. We did so and also asked... more

We had a good stay in Ha Hien hotel. The rooms are good: big, clean and cool. The biggest plus is the location. It's in between two busy districts, so nearby shops and restaurants/pubs. but it's not crowded with people hassling you. The service is alright, but not extremely hospital. the breakfast is quite poor for the price we payed... more

We stayed at Room 901 which is at the top floor, just under the "H" sign if you look at their brochure, north facing for 1 week. Traffic noise is acceptable. The room is clean and spacious. We are pleased that we did not stay in District 1 and/or District 5. We could not make any bookings for hotels in... more

The Ha Hien is truly a gem in HCMC. We've stayed at a couple different places in the city, and found the Ha Hien to be a huge surprise in terms of service, access, cleanliness, and convenience. The hotel is relatively new, with a nice bright lobby (which has free internet anytime! 3 computers, so we never had a probably... more

The Ha Hien was absolutely perfect for our budget and needs while visiting Saigon. The location can't be beat, just around the block from the Ben Thanh Market, one of the best places for fresh, fast pho in the city (Pho 2000), and within walking distance of everywhere in District 1, 2, and 3. We found all kinds of cool... more
