Room [single, ensuite] clean: no problems; I think cable TV. But 1st floor balcony [with 'balcony service'] and downstairs restaraunt and outside patio comfy and private. Food: delicious. Seemingly family-run, the staff did everything for guests' comfort (e.g. visa-extension, Viet Nam visa, bus-arrangements). Small inhouse multi-lingual library. No internet, but slick cafe opposite.
