Raffles Le Royal is beautifully decorated with antique furniture in the common areas and the rooms. It is full of atmosphere and colonial charm. And it is very comfortable. The Elephant bar is gorgeous and the pool is lovely. It's a great oasis in a challenging, lively city. But I wouldn't say the service was flawless or necessarily world class.... more

2nd time in the Raffles, Phnom Penh, the setting is beautify, the rooms have an old world feel, the pools (both of them) are great, the service is wonderful (though not as good as 2 years ago) and the staff fairly attentive. A quiet soothing oasis in the middle of Phnom Penh. Walking distance to the Phnom, and a quick tuk-tuk ride to the Central Market. The rooms are clean, spacious and the property is very safe, which is critical if you staying Phnom Penh. more
