I stayed here in December after the usual haggling with a motodriver over where to take me so he can collect his commission yet I can find some comfort. The hotel is centrally located 3 blocks from the Mekong River, and is adjacent to the evening food market. The Royal palace is also close to the hotel, as are various other tourist attractions. There are food shops in all directions close to the hotel, although it is not easy to find one that is discernably clean at all times.... more
