An excellent choice for single travelers or families. The staff is very courteous, and everyone speaks English. Very helpful and the service is excellent. The rooms are more than adequate and the price is reasonable.I would like to visit again sometime! more

There wasnt a pick up at the airport as arranged & my room was'nt ready. However, the staff were very kind & the room was nice & clean. Breakfast was as basic as it comes & internet was extra. If your not looking for the extra trimmings, this place will do you fine. more

The positives: 1.) Bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination and is decently clean. The tiles around the bathtub had some dark mold, which was a little disturbing, but I understand that the stuff is hard to prevent & get rid of. 2.) Breakfast options were well explained and consisted of about 10 options - and every option came with unlimited toast,... more

The hotel was very clean and well organized. The room had a shower with good water pressure and a tub, toiletries in the bathroom, a reasonable priced mini-bar, and a good firm bed. The hotel is well located within a 20 min. walk to the Quay (river) area; 5 min. walk to the old market and a new six-story shopping... more

A good mid-range hotel right in the heart of PP. Nothing too flash, but a good, clean, safe sanctuary away from the madness of the city. My friends who stayed there dissed the b'fast though. The reception staff were very nice and very helpful. Their laundry service was good and quick. Don't inhale as you walk in though, for fear... more

A very pleasant, clean hotel. Cant really fault this one at all. Location: Was on Monivong Boulevard (one of the main streets), but was actually very quiet in rooms. Large windows. Short distance to Local Market, alittle longer to other main tourist sites (on a hot 40degree day it seemed long) but plenty of cheap tuk tuk's about. Staff: Excellent,... more

The Pacific is a nice, clean mid-range hotel in the center of Phnom Penh. Considering that it's on one of the busiest streets in the city, rooms were very quiet. The AC was great, too, and the bathrooms were spotless. We ended up with a suite due to a miscommunication, so we were really pleased with our room. It was... more

Unless you're absolutely hell-bent on staying right on the river in Phnom Penh--which is great for dinner/drinks, but not so great late at night or throughout the day because of all the tourists, touts, and noise--the Pacific Hotel is in a perfect location for navigating the craziness of Cambodia's capital city. Upon checking in, the staff at the hotel--which seems... more

Before we started our Sth East Asia holiday, we expected this hotel to be at the lower end of the hotels scale. We were very pleasantly surprised! It was a great room - comfortable bed, all amenities, clean bathroom, clean shower - and excellent location. The staff were extremely friendly, and helpful. If you have your doubts about this hotel,... more
