I was quite amazed to reaad Beerlao's review - hardly seems like the same place! I stayed there for 5 nights in March 08 and had a great time. There were so many red flags about this place, that we should never have stayed here. I booked a superior room for my boyfriend and I for $16, so a mid-range room, via email, which took some time since they don't answer email quickly.
