I stayed there on a business trip for a week. The service at the hotel is veryyyyyyyyyyyy slowwwwwwwwwwwww so don’t expect much. The hotel made a huge mess with two key ingredients to a restful stay. It bungled my transportation to and from the airport. It was supposed to be provided to me on a complimentary basis. I've stayed here several times and tried other hotels in Colombo. While others may have better, newer rooms, none come close to the amazing staff.
