This is a huge hotel complex. The number of rooms quoted on Tripadvisor (135) cannot be correct. The group of buildings is designed according to a ship theme, as well as the rooms. All rooms are suites with a living room (sofa bed) and bedroom (double bed). There is one bathroom with two doors, both from the bedroom and bathroom.... more

We spent a week at the Club Hotel with our daughter and our 2 young grandchildren. The complex is huge and was very busy and yet we never felt it was crowded nor was it noisy despite all the families/children staying there. There are a number of swimming pools as well as two large, shallow children's pools and all of... more

This is the largest aparthotel in the Middle East, and is laid out on a vast scale, with several landscaped swimming pools, fountains, bridges, walkways and plenty of activities, especially for kids. If you are considering it as a timeshare swap, which we did – don’t hesitate. Even if you are simply looking for a hotel, you will get a... more

We stayed there for a week. 3 persons in room. Myself, husband and 23 year old daughter. All rooms decorated like cruise ship. Nice furnishings, cute theme. However, hotel for young children. Very loud and noisy. Difficulty sleeping. Children running around halls at all hours of night. If you want quiet, chose room far away from main lobby. Main bedroom,... more

We stayed at this resort as part of a timeshare swap. There were 4 of us: my wife, baby and myself + 1 other family member. We were given a room in the Atlantic building which had 1 bedroom, a lounge and a bathroom with 2 doors (1 from the bedroom and 1 from the lounge). Additionally there was a... more

My partner and myself stayed at the club hotel initially for two weeks. I can honestly say that the staff were fantastically friendly and helpful!!!! The room was lovely and the cleaners did a wonderful job. The security guys were brilliant along with the whole staff. There was never a shortage of towels for us at any time!!! I spent... more

Having a high rating, one would expect a nice hotel. From the outside, it looks nice enough. great pools..nice cheesy design. Once you have a problem though, then you see their true face. The customer is just about their last priority here. The rooms are dirty with worn down furniture. It's just not worth the price. Do yourself a favor... more

I have lived in Israel for 20 years and MI is absolutely correct that the staff are rude and at times even outright mean. In particular the reception desk manager I had was insulting and I couldn't believe this is the person responsible for training others. I visited the hotel with my 3 children over the weekend of March 31st.... more

We stayed in the hotel with our 3 kids age 3,5 2,5 and one year old for 7 days in december 2005. The hotel is great if you come with children. The rooms have a lot of space and so many pools there are. Our kids love Pleasure Island, a building with a daily puppet show and a children disco... more

Our family just spent three days and two nights in Eilat at the Club Hotel. We reserved three rooms. On our arrival we notice that the room was not cleaned well, it looked like my 11 year old son cleaned the room, the room also smelled like the toilet. None of our rooms had towels and since I was the... more
