This hotel is characterised by the helpfulness of its staff, especially Tsipora on reception. The breakfast was outstanding, the hotel staff was helpful, friendly and truly concerned about our well-being. The location is a bit off the main road - which is good as it is less noisy and busy, however close enough to the center of Carmel Mountain.
