We were traveling with a group from our temple-38 -adults, young adults and teenagers. Jerusalem was our base to do a lot travel within and around. At that time of the year it was very hot so we were constantly taking showers. Every time we left the room the wonderful room service came in to replace the towels. They even... more

This hotel had an unbelievable view of Jerusalem, including the Old City. Assim, the assistant reception manager, gave us the best customer service i have experienced. With excellent customer service, good food and great rooms, I will be returning here on my next trip to Jerusalem. more

The Dan Panorama is a decent 'middle of the road' hotel, within in easy walking reach of both Jerusalem's Old City (15 mins), Kotel (25 mins) and Ben Yehuda Street (15-20 mins). It is close to the King David and King David Citadel hotels, both of which are significantly more expensive to stay at than the Dan Panorama. Therefore, if... more

This hotel is pretty much central to everything you want to see in Jerusalem. The room, while small, was clean and very quiet. Breakfast was average for Israeli hotels and, while acceptable, not up to the quality you would expect. more

Stayed at the Dan Pan for 5 nights with a tour group of 49 people. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel, the fantastic location. Many of the places we wanted to visit, were so accessible. The wait staff in the Dining Room were superb, both efficient and attentive. Besides that, they all looked so smart in... more

For a hotel that holds itself out to be a luxury hotel this was one of my worst experiences. The windows did not close properly so that the road noise made sleeping almost impossible, rust in the bathroom. I came back one afternoon to find that they had left my door open to the corridoor for most of the afternoon,... more

We just stayed 8 nights at the Dan Panorama and had a great experience -- its a good value. Great breakfast, great wait staff at the dining room and comfortable accommodations. Not like a new hotel in the US but a nice, clean and safe hotel -- compares with a moderate tier hotel. We took 2 rooms for family of... more

I stayed at the Dan Panorama for 3 nights. Good location with lots of parking. The service was great - most notably the concierge Mr. Isam he was helpful, efficient, attentive and pleasant. When I arrived at the hotel he acted in a very professional and discrete manner. The room was new, comfortable, clean and exactly what I had asked... more

Stayed here for one night playing tourist at the end of a business trip. The hotel location is fantastic, a five minute walk to the Old City, just around the block from the King David Hotel. The front desk service was weak. It is a busy hotel that has many large tour groups and a wait at the front desk... more
