We've stayed here at the end of May for 5 nights. To me, it provided a central location close to the Old City and the center of West Jerusalem, and that was my priority. Even though the room size was small, the room itself was clean. The lobby and the corridors could use a bit of freshening up. The breakfast... more

I just came back from a four night stay at this hotel. The room is tiny the bathroom can barely fit one person, there is no storage space and the sheet on the bed when I arrived had a large poop stain on it. The air conditioner didnt work well but its white noise kept the outdoor noises from keeping... more

My wife, daughter and I booked a "triple" at the hotel through a travel agent. Please notice that I used the word in quotes. Also, I will never use this travel agent again. He told us the room would be small, but the location is great. To his credit, one out of two ain't bad. The location is great. 2... more

The location for the hotel is very convenient for touring the Old town and also for dinner in the close-by restaurants. The hotel is very popular with groups. During our stay there were lots of young people who made a lot of noise late. Not very much sleep listening to American student girls complaining about boys being idiots. Small room... more

This hotel is very conveniently located off of Ben Yehuda street, easily walkable to many trendy restaurants. It's also not that far from the Old City and other tourist sights. Those who have traveled to the former USSR will instantly recognize the style -- fluorescent lighting, small rooms, drab wood paneling, etc. Front desk service is very friendly. I would... more

Spent 4 nights of misery in this awful awful joke of a hotel. I've stayed in some pretty poor places before, but this ranks as one of the worst. Ok, the room was clean but it was tiny and the bathroom wasn't too big either. There was no slip-mat in the bath, no bathmat towel and one plug to share... more

My husband and I bring groups to Israel and found the location of Jerusalem Towers ideal. This past experience has been the worst by far. I have complained to the manager and even had the travel agency complain to the owner and manager of Jerusalem Towers and no changes are being made. It is very sad because the location is... more

This hotel was in an excellent location - good restaurants near by and within walking distance to the old city. Staff were friendly and helpful (though make sure you understand all the costs involved and that the cost is for there and back before taking their reccomended taxi tour to Bethlehem). Clean, confortable and easy! more

very nice hotel. Room was okee. Lovely side to town, nice neighbourhood. The breakfast was very good, great salades. The people were very friendly and hulpfull. They took time to give information about the town. We got even free drinks while using internet. Next time we will stay there again. more

This hotel has earned its 3 stars very well. What you pay is what you get, and that is not bad at all! The dust in the corners stays where it is supposed to be and other details like street noise and noisy aircondition can be accepted. After all, this is Israel and that means noise! Book a room as... more
