We spent three nights at this excellent well maintained hotel .The check in was effortless and the room wonderfully clean and quite luxurious ,The bathroom splendid .Every meal we had over the three days was excellent and the service always impeccable .Due to time changes we walked into the Italian restaurant five minutes before last orders i.e. 11pm .We were... more

For jordan this is a great hotel. However I feel the need to stress that people who are staying in Amman should consider other alternatives such as le meridien, or the 4 seasons or even the sheraton. I found that the rooms were small and cramped up and the service is not on the money. It is still of course... more

We stayed for 3 nights at the Amman Hyatt and we had a wonderful time. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are elagant and super clean. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurants is very good. Most of the rooms have a nice view to the Amman Mosque. If you are planning to drive to... more

The Grand Hyatt Amman was wonderful. It was clean and I felt safe with all the additional security measures in place. The service was the most wonderful aspect of it. Everyone was was friendly. The breakfast buffet and the Italian restaraunt were the culinary highlights at the hotel. The Italian restaraunt was so good that I ate there practically every... more

Stayed here twice during visit to Jordan. Rooms were fine and everything worked, although the wet-room bit of the bathroom didn't drain very well. Dined with our friends in the Vietnamese (actually a polyglot Asian menu) restaurant where service was either over-fussy or lacking: I got my starter 5 minutes before my partner did and our friends got theirs a... more

This hotel was a major disappointment during my recent visit to Amman. I agree with one previous poster who said that the hotel looks much better as a whole than indetail. First and foremost is the bath/shower combo which flooded each and everytime I took a bath. The size of my room was adequate and the bed comfortable but the... more

I've just returned from three nights at the Grand Hyatt Amman. Upon arrival, the presence of security checks are quite reassuring. The reception is smart, large and well presented however I did find the staff a little arrogant; bordering on rude. My room was modern, light and airy. Access to the A/C controls in the heat was helpful. There was... more

This hotel has a beautiful lobby, reception area, pools (indoor and outdoor) and gym, but unfortunately, it has major flaws that shouldn't exist in such a so-called 5 star property. I only stayed 2 nights but the first day, the cleaner forgot to put towels in my room which is quite inconvenient after a long day shopping outside. Also, they... more

Had heard great things about this hotel from colleagues who had stayed in the past but was hugely disappointed. The rooms were mediocre, the hotel seemed a little run down, and the service was akward. more
