This property is not a Ritz. Is a former Meridien converted to a wanna be Ritz in short a disaster. Upon arrival we were treated as a nuisance. This despite the booing via Amex Centurion travel: the upgrade was denied and the rate didn't match our reservation. The first room was very small with no view and clearly over smoked.... more

What a wonderful place! We knew there was going to be a conference in town but had no idea of the scale - with leading politicans from around the globe. There were some security measures in place but this didn't cause us any issues and the security staff were really friendly. They were constantly checking our well being and apologising... more

wow, is all i can say about this place. Pure opulence... Beautiful surroundings, great attractions and ammenities. be warned- this place is expensive, they will probably charge you if you fart, but rightly so. A great hotel. more
