I have stayed at this hotel off and on for several years. I stayed there in March and November last year. It's okay for a stopover of say 3 or 4 days. Agreed, the hotel is not really for Westerners, but you're not paying Western prices! I paid 18 dinars for B&B (that's about £24.50 a day). You'd be lucky... more

My flight was delayed coming into Bahrain, and therefore I missed my connecting flight. The Airline provided me with a room at this hotel. This is the worst hotel I have been to. The rooms do not appear to be remodeled in the last 15+ years. Cigarette burns everywhere, from the carpet to the television set. The room was not... more

A word of advice..... This hotel is NOT for western travellers, it is marketed at the indian sub-continent and the standard of the rooms reflect this. Hotel and rooms are very poor, I stayed for 1 night only, (too tired to find another hotel) even though I was booked for a week, checked out first thing in morning. The room... more

The worst hotel ever been. Don't go there, I had 3 days reserved, but after the first night I checked out immediately. The room was dirty and there was a nasty stink of smoke, the toilette was leaking, the bed-sheets dirty, Frigobar empty, Securitybox not woorking, the bed you could fill the springs entering in your back! Arabic music till... more

I stayed at this hotel for the 2004 Bahrain Grand Prix. The room was in dire need of being cleaned, it was filthy. The staff were efficent and friendly but that didn't make up for the hotels short comings. The whole place really is in dire need of being overhauled, if thats not possible a clean would be a massive... more

We stayed here during the 2004 Bahrain Grand Prix and I won't be staying there again. We were upgraded to a suite on arrival and I'd hate to think what the ordinary rooms were like. Our room had 2 single beds (for me and my husband) and the whole room was old, tired and in need of decorating. The room... more
