Tired decor. Gymnasium poorly formatted, the television screens cannot be seen from the treadmill. As a woman was discouraged from entering the gym by a male cleaner!!!! What can I say! It has been many years since staying at the Sheraton Damascus. We spent part of the last days of our honeymoon there just before leaving to the airport. It was beautiful. i was going to stay at the cham palace, walked into the room and left. came here. was great. rooms are not amazing, but perfectly comfortable. amazing pool. wonderful pool service. more than i could expect. the staff was friendly, helpful, all 5 star. the hotel is a short taxi ride to anywhere in the city. what makes it great... more
