Stayed in the Four Season for 4 night and its a beautiful hotel. Down sides 1. Pool does not get sun for the full day, starts at 12 which is too hot, couldnt sit by the pool till after two. 2. The hotel is great, really beautifull, the only really five stars in Damascus. Of course that the price is also not very low... The Breakfeast is deliccius, should prove the arabic bread baked at the time! more

Had not visited Damascus in many years. We were very impressed with the Four Seasons Hotel and its excellent staff! They were extremely hospitable and caring. This was just brilliant. For a start they got our visa to get into Syria. I paid extra for them to pick us up at the airport and I am glad I did as they got us through immigration quicker. When we arrived we found our room had been upgraded to a Suite. It was just wonderful, service and breakfast... more

we stayed here for 5 nights and loved the place- every aspect of it- were so sad to leave! the staff just can't do enough for you (but to be fair- syrians are wonderful, friendly people so not just the hotel staff). we'd (i.e. my husband who doesn't read tripadvisor reviews) booked the cham palace originally then read the reviews... more

From the first moment we set foot in the hotel, everything was perfect. The service was efficient, polite and discreet in every way. The staff have obviously has good training and know how to make guests feel comfortable and appreciated. Simply excellent. more
