I spent 3 nights in a Superior Room with a balcony on the top (3rd floor) overlooking the pool and exotic garden of the Novotel Cayenne and enjoyed every minute I spent there. The hotel is located on the beach of Montabo in Cayenne though there is no direct access to the beach. You have to get through the main gate to go to the beach instead of just walking a few meters. The Location of this NOVOTEL is great,close to the Atlantic ocean (beach) but with a price range from 105 to 140 euro it is over priced because it does not provide the following: * No fitness facility * No busines center.
