This family-run place in Yangon was excellent from the moment we stepped in the door. The woman who greeted us and took care of us for the time we were there was so kind and very helpful, arranging for breakfast for us at even the most ridiculous hours (before we took a flight to Bagan) and helping us arrange taxis... more

We have stayed for 2 nights at the Classique Inn in mid-February 2008. We had a wonderful stay, the inn is charming, the staff very helpful and efficient, and we had a very nice room with a private terrace. I couldn't agree more with CocoandLarry's review. My (now) fiancee and I stayed here in December 2005 during our two week visit to Myanmar (three nights upon arrival, one more night before leaving) and feel very strongly that you should too.
