The service was very poor. My complaint about the airconditioning unit was never attended till the end of my stay. Service in the dining hall was very slow. While the front desk was very nice, as was Waleed, I would NEVER RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone. Honestly, I felt very unsafe here and pushed a dresser up against the door while I slept ( there was no deadbolt - just a little lock like you would expect in a bedroom in a home). We had a good time at Kaoud Delta Hotel, Cairo, Egypt. We had read some neg. reviews but had no problems. We travelled by our own. No problem, just book a ticket and the hotel.
