I stayed at the Fairmont Heliopolis Hotel in Feb 08. The hotel had just opened a few days prior and we basically were their first customers. I stayed in a luxury bedroom and thought everything was fantastic: staff, bedroom, food, bar. Briefly, note that there are two Fairmont properties next to each other in Helipolis.
