The hotel itself is very good, location wise and comfort wise. The room is big, well decorated, luxurious. The location couldn't be better, just a short walk to shopping street. Great location! Can't comment on room rates as I didn't pay. My room in the main building was large and comfortable, although not particulary modern or luxurious. This hotel has a good location However, the service was terrible, with the staff ranging from indifferent to hostile. They also pulled a "bait and switch" on us in terms of our rooms as the ones we had reserved were mysteriously unavailable and only higher prices ones were left. more
