We found this peaceful little place perched on the Loboc river with around 10 or so little huts. Great place to stay with very friendly hosts - Chris and Rita. Good location also as it is near the Chocolate Hills (about 45 minutes by bus at about 50 pesos). The place is a bit "rustic" but this just adds to the overall appeal of the place. Definately for the adventous at heart. You should try the herbal sauna... more

I loved Nuts Huts! Its great to get way up into the jungle instead of spending all your time at the beach, which can get boring after awhile. Nuts Huts is totally secluded on the Loboc River, you really feel like you're in the jungle, the vegetation is amazing. The staff was wonderful, and the food and drinks were exemplary.... more
