Stayed there for 2 nights.. Rooms: Really love the design, there is different themes for each rooms. They are clean. Last but not least, I love their loft rooms the most! Just been stung for 3 nights stay @ 150GBP/night even though leaving !! There is a 72 hour cancellation policy at this hotel which is not mentioned when booking or checking in. I am a very angry and unsatisfied ex-customer of this hotel. Just so happen all the 5 star hotel ran out during this festive seanso that I had to get into any hotel available.
