I have stayed at the Viento Sur on various trips to Puerto Montt, starting in fall of 2004 and a couple of times early this year, in February and again in April. They have an excellent restaurant with a simple menu, wide variety of Chilean wines, and excellent vegetarian options, including salads, soups, and fresh pastas with vegetables. There is... more
