The shower are made for local "mapuches" that are shorter than 5.5in. The hotel has a new area and an old area. Make sure you stay on a Executive suite which is a basic international suite, otherwise you may fall to the catacombs of the very old area. The bathroom and the bed were too small. more

The best idea is to avoid Puerto Montt and stay 20 minutes down the road in Puerto Varas. This hotel is the best there and the family cabins are a good deal at $100 per night to sleep five people.
