Very friendly staff, some of whom spoke English. Nothing was too much trouble and they helped us with telephone calls to sort out onward bookings and car hire locally. Good location close to bars and restaurants of Providencia and historic centre. Comfortable and large rooms, staff helpful. Surrounding area felt very relaxed for strolling around at any time. The hotel inevitably lacks character and individuality, it is a concrete block and I imagine most rooms overlook more concrete. We think that for a transitional stop en route elsewhere it... more

My partner stayed one night and was pleased he was not booked in for the week! Although the service was acceptable and staff were pleasant the room was definitely "tired" and in need of refurbishment. I thought this hotel was great. Nice rooms, great breakfast and helpful staff. A short (20min) walk to good resturants and shopping. A welcome relief after 25hours on a plane! more
