Hotel Four Points by Sheraton has nice rooms and very friendly staff. It is situated on great location in the heart of Providencia neighbors full of restaurants, bars and shops. Small swimming pool on the highest floor is very pleasant and useful. The only objection is expensive Internet connection in the room and some noise from bars during the night.... more

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, those are the pluses of this hotel. They do tend to nickle and dime you compared to other Santiago hotels. The staff was not rude, and were not unfriendly, but I couldn't say that they were overly helpful or very friendly. The staff in the business center, however, were quite helpful. more
