The first 2 rooms they gave me I could not stay in because the chemical odor from a recent carpet cleaning affected my breathing. Finally they gave me another room. Stayed for 4 nights with my wife whilst visiting Santiago (using SPG points). This is a very competent Sheraton and delivers all that you would expect. Of the many good points, the excellent restaurant, very helpful concierge and good gym facilities stood out.
