This hotel was located about 5 minutes from the subway in a residential area. The staff was very accomodating, allowing us early and free access to our room when we arrived after an overnight bus ride from Pucon, Chile. Wow! We love this hotel. We had a really hard time choosing a hotel for our short stay over in Santiago before our cruise left from Valpraiso in April 2008. After searching and searching we finally decided on this one and we are glad we did. We have never been to Santiago and we really could have ended up anywhere.... more

Decent place, helpful staff, reasonable price, you won't be dissapointed. Shower very good, breakfast adequate but you are better off having lunch across the river at the Radisson. Santiago is not worth it, wine tour was a joke and expensive. We are returning to explore more of Argentina and Uruguay. more

We recently stayed two nights in this charming little hotel. It is located in a high-end residential area but within walking distance of restaurants, shops and transportation. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch each day...great food! The staff were a great help and arranged our daily tours and transport to the airport. Room was a good size, very clean and quiet.... more
