This hotel is in a good location, but the rooms and breakfast area can only be described as 'compact'.If you want to swing a cat, forget it! There is a cafe connected to the hotel which serves reasonable food, but does not ban smoking. It too is rather cramped, so is akin to eating in an opium den. I couldn't... more

The hotel is an old style hotel with modern amenities. The hotel is located 2 blocks away from the Pedro de Valdiva metro stop, which gives you access to Santiago. The service in the hotel is excellent and the English-speaking staff is very helpful in arranging tours of the town or the neighboring wineries. The room itself has its pluses... more

We stayed at Hotel Orly for 2 nights at the beginning of our trip and then another night at the end of the trip. The location of the hotel is excellent and the staff were superb and fluent in English. As our Spanish is very limited, is was such a relief to be able to communicate effortlessly. We would return... more

We just came back from a two week trip in Chile. We spent the last two nights at the Orly. They were so nice that on the check-out day they let me stay past check-out time due to the fact I had the Flu, at no extra charge. The room was sparkling clean and just recently re-freshed. I would highly... more

I will have a second go at this review. Did a lovely long one then went to send and maintanance going on so all was lost. Better luck this time. We booked the Orly from the reviews we read here and it didnt let us down. A delightful little hotel in a very nice part of Santiago. From the wonderful... more

We stayed at the Hotel Orly for a couple days in April. We chose it because of reviews in TripAdvisor and friends who had stayed previously. We prefer small hotels with a non-franchise look. Everything was great. We enjoyed the neighborhood with lots of resturants and nearby shopping. The staff was very accomodating. They had coffee, juice and snacks in... more

Hotel is nice, and not large. Small restaurant/bistro downstairs had pretty good, albeit a tad pricey, food. Breakfast, included in the room rate, was fine. This part of Providencia is not particulary historic, but is pleasant, with lots of restaurants, and a Metro station nearby. We did hear of others getting better rates at other area hotels, but were not... more

After nearly a month in South America, it's odd that the best hotel of my trip, is also the least expensive. This is a cozy victorian style hotel, with smaller rooms, but exquisitely adorned. Great lighting, quiet, great location; if you like the botiques vs. the big chains, then this one is for you! more

Chile, and the Hotel Orly, have a European 'feel', principally because Chile welcomed immigrants from many countries. Orly's rooms feel european, especially in size! Seriously, it's a fine hotel, located in a fine area. Several small restaurants nearby and the subway stop is only a couple of blocks, which can take you anywhere in Santiago. The river is only a... more

I stayed here due to the overwhelming praise on Trip Advisor and was not disappointed. We were here Christmas Day so were a bit concerned about whether anything would be open! Hotel was clean, and in a great location. Cab ride from the aiport to the hotel was not too long. But it was cheaper to get a cab at... more
