Stayed on the club floor in a really nice room with stunning views of Quito. Bathrooms are large and elegant. The bed was extremely comfortable. Location is quite good, but it's the views of Quito that make this property a gem. Also the service was good. more

This is a truly wonderful hotel. I don't believe we've ever had better service anywhere. As soon as we left the baggage area of the airport we saw a gentleman holding a sign with our name on it. Clean, not far from the airport, but not in the best part of town at night. The staff is friendly, and rooms are what you would expect from a large chain. The food is good. Would only stay here 1-2 nights, and stay elsewhere, in Old Town. more
