My husband, sister, her husband and I all stayed here on our trip to South America. This included The Galapagos Islands, Riobamba and Cuenca. All in all we stayed here for a week, in three separate bits................so stayed in three different rooms! This hotel is quite small, old fashioned I suppose, but in a very good area for the restaurants,bars... more

I traveled here with my high school group, and we all enjoyed the hotel. They gave us free bottled water every day, which was helpful because we couldn't drink tap water. The maid service was consistent, and it was really nice to have free internet access in the lobby to contact home. It was a lot nicer than I had... more

We had construction noise most every morning to wake us up. All computers have 128 MB RAM memory in the lobby so you can only work with one Internet Explorer window at the time. In addition to this, 250 dollars were stolen from the room on two separate occasions. more

Good hotel. Rooms and en suite bathrooms spacious and clean. free internet access via 2 PCs in hotel lobby. Free facility to store luggage whislt visiting Galapagos and other areas of Ecuador. Helpful and polite reception and other staff. Not in exciting part of Quito but a very good base. Anna more
