This hotel is located approximately 5 KM from the seaport. The hotel staff was courteous when we arrived during the night, and some receptionists speak English. I'm a little late with this review but have been prompted to write it now as I've recently recommended it to some friends. We stayed here in June07 for 10 days. The hotel is small but quaint. Staff, from check in thru maid service was excellent. Our room was an average size, but the bathroom was large by hotel standards.... more

Nov/2007 It was a four stars hotel with amazing biggest rooms, good services, excellent breakfast even they don't have ham, quiet and safe, great for family, old people and business more

If you are going to Montevideo and want to stay in a mid-priced hotel, in a safe area, with reasonable ammenities....this is the best place I have found. The neighborhood is residential with lots of shopping. The rooms are very large and perfect for families because they have pull out sofa beds in addition to the King size beds. Each... more
