Stayed at this hotel as part of a travelsphere tour of Kiev/yalta & was pleasantly surprised. I'd say its pretty much a business user type hotel as it has large conference facilities but it was also fine for us tourists. Reasonable hotel - the rooms are average. The overall impression of the hotel is thatit is a little dated but not so much that it would put you off staying.
