One of the best bed and breakfast stays we have experienced. Our room was large and very comfortable. Robert the inn keeper was helpful, available, but not intrusive. He is an experienced restaurant chef and the breakfast was gourmet. The Inn is well located in the historical district within easy walking distance of the Navel Academy as well as the... more

My husband and I stayed at this lovely inn for two nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The room was tastefully decorated, and Robert (the innkeeper) makes breakfasts you'd pay a fair amount for elsewhere. The inn's location is very convenient for seeing all the historic Annapolis sites, especially the Naval Academy. We definitely enjoyed our time at 30 Maryland! more

We were looking to spend a relaxing week in downtown Annapolis and were lucky enough to stumble upon this quaint, beautiful historic Inn. The beds are unbelievably comfortable and the linens lush. The Breakfasts are cooked to order and are really out of this world! Everything about this lovely Inn is true to the period, except for the amenities, which... more

Nestled on quaint Maryland Avenue is the beautiful Inn at 30 Maryland. Robert, the proprietor and chef, warmly welcomed us and made sure that we had everything we needed and wanted during our stay. The breakfasts were out of this world; everything is made to order. Our room had a plush King bed and we loved the lush bathroom towels!... more

We have enjoyed stopping in Annapolis for a few days when traveling from our home in the southeast. Three years ago, we discovered a quaint, lovely, and most importantly to us, clean, B&B. That began our annual stop at The Inn at 30 Maryland. Robert, the Innkeeper, makes us feel very welcome, sees to our comfort, and greets us each... more

On my way to Philadelphia I spent a night in Annapolis and stayed at the Inn at 30 Maryland. I found the inn to be a charming bit of history. The room was immaculate and the bed extremely comfortable. The made to order breakfast was a refreshing change from the usual B & B fare. The chef/innkeeper Robert was very... more

We stayed here for 5 nights and used Annapolis as a base to visit Washington DC. The Inn is on a quiet street, with some great shops and restaurants, and is also within walking distance of the main town area. There is paid street parking outside the Inn during the day, but it is free to park there from 7.30PM... more

We spent 2 nights at the Inn at 30 Maryland, and fell in love with the quiet charm, lovingly maintained historic rooms, and -- very important in August in Annapolis -- heavenly air conditioning. Robert was the consummate host; welcoming, attentive, very helpful. He prepared excellent breakfasts to order, and kept in mind our dietary restrictions. We would definitely stay... more

We have just returned from an overnight getaway to Annapolis a nearby destination for us that we to often forget. On a whim we booked a night at 30 Maryland. Over the years we have had wildly mixed results with B&Bs. This was one of our most positive experiences. The property is beautiful. The location ideal, located at the end... more
