Checked into the hotel for two nights on May 18th, 2007. It is a magnificent property. All staff from front desk to housekeeping to restaurant are a delight. The rooms are in immaculate condition. Travelled to Jeddah on business in early Dec. I did have to wait about 10 min to check in, but that was the worst part of the trip. Rooms were large and very clean. Stayed for two nights on business. Brilliant location by the sea even though not all rooms have a sea view. Stunning lobby, quick and efficient check-in.
