If you like cold showers this is the place for you. We called maintenance and they tracked dirt through the room to "fix" the problem. But the problem was NOT fixed. Nice new hotel in Knowledge village, near to Ibn Battuta Mall and Marina somehow Burj Al Arab and Mall of Emirates, far from Deira. If you have car it is ok, otherwise save some money for taxis.
