What really made the stay great instead of just good was the staff. The instant you walk in it feels like being greeted back home. It's excellent service and always with a smile but it's more than that, it's real in the way that you are noticed. They take the time to talk to you and find out what you... more

This is a good hotel, very clean and large rooms and bathroom. However I have a mobilitiy problem and it was not very good for this - floors were quite slippery tiles and there were literally no taxis available in Siem Reap when I was there. It is necessary to get a taxi driver from the airport and then use... more

My partner and i stayed here for four nights in June 2008. Checking-in was a breeze and the front office personnel was quick to brief us on the amenities nearby (10 mins walk to Old Market). Subsequently they were also very helpful in sharing with us the different places to visit as well as in helping us to make the... more

An excellent place to stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar is absolutely beautiful. And the rooms and service are delightful! Definitely a good place to stay in Siem Reap! more

This place has new people running it so I think once they settle in a bit more this will be a better hotel. It is a good place to stay because rooms are spotlessly clean and very large with good bathrooms. However, for me they do not fit the description of being a boutique hotel, so if you have something... more

I loved staying at the Soria Moria ! A bright, clean hotel in a great location. I found this hotel by accident after I decided to check out of another hotel due to several issues. This hotel is so light and bright, lovely tiled rooms with Air con, safe, coffee and tea making, TV and a really nice little balcony.... more

I highly recommend staying at the Soria Moria Hotel in Siem Reap! I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had a wonderful stay. The hotel is centrally located in Siem Reap and it's a five minute walk to most of the restaurants and shops in town. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the cleanliness and fresh feel of... more

Housed in a beautiful colonial-style building, the Soria Moria was in a good location - only 5 mins walk from the old town for restaurants and bars. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms and public areas were the cleanest we'd seen in the whole of Cambodia. Breakfast was good with a range of Western & Asian... more

The Soria Moria is the perfect place to stay in Siem Reap. Unlike the barrage of huge resorts in town (which look a little worse for wear), the Soria Moria is bright and shiney and new. It had only been open a few months before we arrived, and you can tell a little that there are still a few kinks... more
