This hotel is on a dirt road within the downtown area of siem reap .I found this to be a great location to visit the market and bar street after a day at the temples. The hotel itself was what i expected for the price rooms a little dated ,nice pool area and staff friendly without being over the top. There are... more

In my opinion, there are only two good things about this hotel. Firstly it's quiet and secondly its a short walk to Pub Street (Where all the restaurants and pubs are located). I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. for the following reasons. 1st. The staff are not friendly at all...they are simply not interested in their work or... more

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights in January. For a country where an average worker makes $100 a month, it seemed ridiculous to stay at a hotel that cost over $100 a night. After reviewing the TripAdvisor and travel books, we made our reservation at this hotel. One of the travel books suggested... more

Besides the security guard who sometimes double as the driver, this place is not as advertised. At check-in, we they knew exactly the time our flight arrived, we had to wait more than 1 hour for our room to be ready. Half of the room's electricity doesn't work which meant the safe, telephone, and lamp did not work. They repeatedly... more

For $30 a night, this boutique hotel appears a fair deal. The standard rooms we had were prettily furnished enough, although there was hardly any room, cramped as it was with a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom was adequate – small but the hot shower should really be advertised as “lukewarm shower.” The free-pick up was as... more

We stayed in a standard room for $30, and loved it. Don’t know how much nicer the deluxe rooms are, but the standard room we had on the second floor (corner) was definitely very nice. The pool and the décor at the hotel were lovely. There was also a good free breakfast. It’s located on an alley away from the... more

We stayed at the Auberge Mont Royal d'Angkor for three nights in December. Our room and bathroom were clean if a bit worn. The beds were quite comfortable and our room, even facing the street, was quiet. The hotel was quaintly charming and had a French flair to it. I especially enjoyed the open air breakfasts. The lobby was a... more

After reading the tripadvisor reviews and looking at the photos and the hotel website, I decided the Auberge was the right choice for us. It was certainly affordable at $33/night. We were picked up at the airport by an employee and when we arrived we thought the lobby was cute. We checked out the pool and it looked great! We... more

After my first of three nights at the hotel, which appeared charming from the website, I was plagued with bedbug bites. When I quietly alerted the staff they pretended to not understand the problem and the manager refused to speak to me. They had required payment for 3 nights when I arrived, and would not refund any nights or make... more

Very simple, clean, convenient setup. Located conveniently close to the town market, night market and highway to the Angkor temple park. Very friendly staff. Simple in-house restaurant, basic massage service, and a decent swimming pool. Like everywhere in Cambodia, mosquitoes abound requiring lotions and closed doors and windows. Hot water is available. Rooms are basic and clean, with sufficient furniture... more
