We really enjoyed our stay at the Angkor Lotus. Room was big & clean with French doors opening up to the back over looking the pool and tropical setting. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good in a lovely setting. Location good because it is out of town and quiet. Easy and inexpensive to get a tuk tuk to... more

I booked the hotel directly and had no issues with the booking. The response and communications were very prompt. I was upgraded free to a junior suit room by the hotel. The hotel has a very nice swimming pool, good breakfast, and evening restaurant too; though I did go down to Pub Street most nights. The room was very clean... more

Comfortable rooms, good breakfast buffet, nice swimming pool, what more could you ask for? I was warned that the tourist infrastructure here isn't as developed as in other S.E Asian countries so I wondered what I was letting myself in for. I needn't have worried; can't fault this medium class hotel at all. Just over the road is a small... more

We stayed at the Lotus Angkor Hotel for three nights in January 2008. The hotel is showing its age, but the lobby and rooms are quite comfortable. On our first night we stayed in a room on the first floor, near the lobby. A noisy group of tourists at the bar kept us awake into the night. There was also... more

We stayed at Lotus for 3 nights while exploring Angkor temples. Overall, it is a very nice hotel. Rooms are probably not “luxurious” and shiny but clean and comfortable. Staff is very helpful and really tried to do their best. The pool is excellent. It is usually almost empty and it is big enough to have a nice swim. You... more

This place is wonderful. It's brand spanking new and is completely immaculate. . By far the best thing about the place is the staff and the service you get there. It terms of sheer value for money it was an amazing find. Clean, modern, comfortable and perfectly positioned these things were only surpassed by the wonderful staff who were fantastically helpful.... more

This hotel offers a very good standard of service and very clean but basic accomodation. Staff were universally friendly and helpful with requests met willingly and promptly. Most had adequate english. The works in the garden mentioned by the previous reviewer continue, but there is little noise and they are screened from view. The pool area is unaffected and although... more

Lotus Angkor hotel, Siem Reap, Cambodja Date: Dec. 2, 2007 Reviewer: A TripAdvisor member, Brugge, Belgium Stayed 4 nights at this hotel in november 2007. Quiet setting, a bit far from the center of Siem Reap, but a tuktuk to the center costs only 1 dollar (per tuktuk and not per person as some drivers ask). Nice room with a... more

The Hotel exceeded our expectations both in service and ambiance. We also felt it's location was a plus. Everyone from cleaning help to front desk were extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend , would stay again. The only minor area is our mini-suite should signs of getting tired. I am sure the excellent staff wil attend to this minor issue. See... more

A great place to stay. After a hard day viewing the Angkor temples it was nice to come back to such a great hotel. Airconditioned rooms, good mini bar and good clean rooms. The breakfast was great , western breakfast food available. This hotel is on the main road into town so a taxi or tut tut is a must.... more
